Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Spanish Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team. You will provide direct patient care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns and performing thorough examinations to diagnose their medical problem and prescribe medication or create a treatment plan if necessary. Experience in value based care preferred.

Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Spanish Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team. You will provide direct patient care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns and performing thorough examinations to diagnose their medical problem and prescribe medication or create a treatment plan if necessary. Experience in value based care preferred.
Nurse Practitioner Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review
- Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients
- Order and administer tests including bloodwork
- Review and interpret test results to diagnose health problems
- Recommend further treatment options or future appointments if needed
- Provide referrals to other practitioners when necessary
- Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families
- Ensure patient records are kept up to date including test results, immunizations, condition changes, etc.
- Competitive Salary based on the candidate
- Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5pm
- 401k
- Full support staff
- Master's degree in nursing
- Current state nurse practitioner license
- 5+ years of nursing experience highly desired
- Understands HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Able to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and other nurses
- Proficient in EHR medical charting system and computer-based data management programs and information systems
- Strong knowledge of Risk Coding and ICD-10.
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in value based care is required
